CarboWrong is the culinary solution of future. The heart of the carbonara in his dehydrated and proof molecular version space, enclosed in just 5ml of product. This first project is the clear example of bridge between digital and real, in which for the its physical realization we asked the collaboration of a well-known molecular chef Piemontese: Davide Damiano. Thanks to his help we translated into recipe (obviously secret) a concept totally digital.
